BAIOO renews Tencent cloud deal with 248% spending increase

BAIOO Family Interactive has renewed its cloud service agreement with Tencent Cloud for another year, running from July 2025 to July 2026.

The annual spending cap has increased dramatically to RMB20 million, up from approximately RMB5.755 million paid under the 2024 agreement - a 248% increase.

Tencent holds approximately 11.37% of BAIOO's share capital. The services include computing, storage, and security, with negotiated discounts ranging from 15% to 70% off published rates.
