Swire Properties raises 3.5bn yuan in green bonds

Swire Properties issued 3.5 billion yuan in green notes across three tranches under its $5 billion medium-term note programme.

The company raised 1 billion yuan in 2.60% notes due 2028, 1.5 billion yuan in 2.85% notes due 2030, and 1 billion yuan in 3.45% notes due 2035.

Proceeds will fund eligible green investments under the company's Green Bond Framework. The notes are expected to receive an A2 rating from Moody's.
