MOG Digitech invests $6m in stablecoin platform KUN

MOG Digitech will invest $6 million for 750,000 preferred shares in KUN International Group Limited, representing 5.27% of the stablecoin platform's issued share capital.

KUN operates a stablecoin-based payment platform but reported unaudited net liabilities of $2.3 million as of December 31, 2024. The company was incorporated in September 2023.
