Future Machine proposes HK$140m rights issue

Future Machine Limited proposes a rights issue of 500 million shares at HK$0.28 per share on a one-for-two basis to raise up to HK$140 million.

Proceeds will fund the mobile phone business (HK$79 million), production line expansion (HK$12 million), and working capital (HK$20 million), with focus on AI sector investments.
