Swire Properties lists 3.5bn yuan green notes on HKEX

Swire Properties MTN Financing Limited has listed CNY3.5 billion in green notes on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited under its $5 billion Medium Term Note Programme.

The issuance comprises three tranches: CNY1 billion at 2.60% due 2028, CNY1.5 billion at 2.85% due 2030, and CNY1 billion at 3.45% due 2035. The listing becomes effective on 23 July 2025.

Joint Global Coordinators include HSBC, Bank of China (Hong Kong), BofA Securities, ICBC (Asia), Mizuho, and DBS Bank.
