Yum China repurchases $3.2m worth of shares

Yum China Holdings repurchased 67,625 shares in the US at $47.32 per share on July 18, reducing total issued shares to 370,214,713.

The company also repurchased an additional 84,461 shares across the Exchange and NYSE for cancellation, spending HK$6.25m and $3.2m respectively. Share prices ranged from HK$377.2 to HK$380.2 in Hong Kong and $46.38 to $47.69 in New York.

The buybacks operate under a mandate authorized in May 2025, permitting repurchases of up to 37.2m shares.
