Yihai International removes director amid investigation, appoints replacement

Yihai International Holding Ltd. announced the removal of independent non-executive director Peng Long, effective July 17, 2025, due to loss of contact and an ongoing investigation into suspected serious violations of discipline and law.

The company simultaneously appointed Li Ping, a 70-year-old professor of management science and engineering, as an independent non-executive director. Li will chair the remuneration committee and serve on audit and nomination committees, receiving HK$400,000 annually for an initial three-year term.
