IVD Medical launches Web3 exchange for drug assets

IVD Medical Holding Limited has launched "IVDNewCo Exchange," a Web3 ecosystem for medical drug assets, and the "IVDD" stablecoin. The initiative uses blockchain technology and Real World Asset tokenization to enhance liquidity and financing efficiency for global pharmaceutical assets.

The company is preparing stablecoin licence applications in Hong Kong and the United States, with a proposed dual primary listing on Nasdaq. The ecosystem leverages IVD Medical's existing distribution network covering 1,674 Class III hospitals in China.

Future plans include acquiring additional compliance licences in the European Union and Singapore.
