Genor Biopharma raises HK$7.2m from share option exercises

Genor Biopharma Holdings Limited issued 4.9 million new shares in May, raising HK$7.2 million from employee share option exercises.

The company's total issued shares increased from 520.4 million to 525.3 million as of May 31, 2025. The new shares came from three employee share option plans, which contributed 4.5 million shares, plus 368,375 shares from restricted share unit plans.
