Jinke Smart Services non-executive director resigns

Mr. Xu Guofu resigned as non-executive director, remuneration committee member, and chairman of the environmental, social, and governance committee at Jinke Smart Services Group Co., Ltd., effective July 14, 2025, citing a change in work arrangements.

Mr. Wu Xiaoli has been appointed as the new chairman of the environmental, social, and governance committee following the resignation.
