Radiance Holdings announces executive director resignation and management changes

Executive director Huang Junquan has resigned from Radiance Holdings, effective July 11, 2025, citing personal development reasons. He confirmed no disagreements with the board.

Company secretary Kwok Yan Ting Jennis has also resigned to pursue other career opportunities.

Executive director Wu Yankun has been appointed as an authorised representative. Chu Cheuk Ting has been named the new company secretary and authorised representative, bringing over 12 years of corporate secretarial experience.
