Kimou Environmental chairman takes CEO role after resignation

Huang Qiyang has resigned as chief executive of Kimou Environmental Holding Limited to pursue other business commitments, effective July 11, 2025. He will continue as an executive director with remuneration adjusted to HK$600,000 per annum.

Chairman Zhang Lianghong will concurrently assume the chief executive role. The dual position deviates from corporate governance code provisions, which the board believes is appropriate to facilitate business strategies.

Zhang, 55, is the company founder with over 23 years of experience in surface treatment recycling eco-industrial parks.
