Platt Nera appoints Wu Shuyu as executive director

Platt Nera International Limited announced the appointment of Wu Shuyu as an executive director, effective 9 July 2025. Mr. Wu, aged 55, holds a Master's Degree in Economics and brings extensive experience in business management and development, having served as a director in several companies since 2015. His term is for one year, subject to retirement and re-election, and he will receive a remuneration of HKD20,000 per month. The board determined this rate based on market conditions, company policy, and Mr. Wu's responsibilities. Platt Nera's board has confirmed that Mr. Wu does not hold any other positions within the company or directorships in other listed companies in the last three years, nor does he have any relationships with current directors.
