China Everbright Bank to hold extraordinary general meeting

China Everbright Bank Company Limited announced the upcoming 2025 second extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on Tuesday, 29 July 2025. To determine eligible attendees, the register of members for H shares will be closed from Thursday, 24 July 2025, to Tuesday, 29 July 2025, inclusive. Holders of H shares whose names are registered in Hong Kong by July 29, 2025, are entitled to attend. To qualify, shareholders must deposit transfer documents with relevant share certificates at Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, located at Shops 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, 23 July 2025. Details of the resolutions will be published in due course.
