361 Degrees board to meet on August 12

361 Degrees International Limited has announced a board meeting scheduled for August 12, 2025. Directors will consider and approve the interim results of the company and its subsidiaries for the six months ending June 30, 2025. The board will also consider the recommendation of an interim dividend, if any. The announcement was made by order of the board on July 9, 2025, by Company Secretary, Kong Siu Keung. The current executive directors are Mr. Ding Wuhao, Mr. Ding Huihuang (Chairman), Mr. Ding Huirong and Mr. Wang Jiabi. The current Independent non-executive Directors are Mr. Wu Ming Wai Louie, Mr. Hon Ping Cho Terence, Mr. Chen Chuang and Ms. Ferheen Mahomed.
