Teamway International subsidiary faces enforcement order over litigation

Teamway International Group Holdings Limited announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Hejing Packing, has received an enforcement order dated June 24, 2025. The order, issued by the People's Court of Luojiang District, Sichuan Province, mandates the auction of four premises owned by Hejing Packing, located at Factory Building No. 1, West Section of Xingfu Road, Industrial Park, Jinshan Town, to satisfy payment obligations under a claim.
