Morgan Stanley & Co., International plc, classified as a Class (5) associate of the Offeree company, has disclosed dealings in the shares of HKBN Ltd. On July 7, 2025, the firm purchased 107,500 ordinary shares as a result of hedging activities, paying a total of USD 537,123.5125 at prices ranging from USD 4.9900 to USD 5.0040 per share. Simultaneously, the firm sold 37,500 ordinary shares stemming from the same hedging strategy, realizing USD 187,365.5000 at prices also ranging from USD 4.9900 to USD 5.0040. The transactions were unsolicited client-driven orders. Morgan Stanley clarified that these dealings were made for its own account and that Morgan Stanley & Co., International plc is ultimately owned by Morgan Stanley.
