China Gas Industry Investment terminates compliance adviser agreement

China Gas Industry Investment Holdings Ltd. has announced the termination of its compliance adviser agreement with Altus Capital Limited ("Altus"), effective July 8, 2025. Altus was initially appointed as the company's compliance adviser on September 10, 2021, as required under the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, following the company's initial listing on December 29, 2020. The termination occurs because the Company has fulfilled the requirements stipulated in Rule 3A.19 of the Listing Rules. According to the announcement, the agreement was set to last until either one month after notice of termination, the date the Company complies with Rule 13.46, or the agreement being terminated per its terms, whichever occurred earliest. The board confirms there are no other matters relating to the termination requiring shareholder attention.
