China Galaxy Securities completes issuance of commercial paper

China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. announced the completion of its fourteenth tranche of short-term commercial paper for 2025. The issuance, completed on July 8, 2025, aligns with authorizations previously granted by shareholders. The total issue size is RMB3.5 billion with each unit priced at RMB100. The commercial paper matures in 365 days and offers a final coupon rate of 1.62%. The company intends to utilize the proceeds from this issuance to bolster its working capital. The move follows shareholder authorization approved at an extraordinary general meeting held in February 2025, allowing the issuance of debt financing instruments up to 350% of the company's latest audited net assets.
