Aircraft leasing group offers scrip dividend option for 2024

China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings is offering a scrip dividend scheme to eligible shareholders for the 2024 final dividend of HK$0.18 per share. Shareholders can elect to receive the dividend in cash, new shares, or a combination of both. The price of the new shares will be HK$3.769. If all shareholders elect to receive scrip shares, up to 35,562,944 new shares will be issued, representing approximately 4.78% of existing shares. Application has been made to the Stock Exchange for listing the new shares, with dealings expected to commence on August 18, 2025, subject to final approvals and receipt of certificates. The offer is conditional on the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange granting listing and permission to deal in the Scrip Shares.
