Zai Lab reports share option exercises and new awards

Zai Lab reported movements in its issued shares for June. A total of 2,031,520 ordinary shares were issued via exercises of share options under its various equity incentive plans. This consisted of 221,330 shares under the 2015 plan, 479,000 under the 2017 plan, and 1,331,190 under the 2022 plan. The total funds raised from these option exercises amounted to USD 5,384,704.78. Additionally, 866,480 new shares were awarded under the 2024 Equity Incentive Plan via Restricted Share Awards (RSAs). This resulted in a net increase of 7,500,000 ordinary shares. As of month-end, Zai Lab’s total issued shares stood at 1,110,783,740, with 478,103,360 shares held as American Depositary Shares.
