Yum China reports share repurchases in June

Yum China Holdings Inc. has announced a decrease in its issued shares for the month ended June 30, 2025. According to the company's monthly return, the number of issued ordinary shares, excluding treasury shares, decreased by 1,685,542, resulting in a total of 371,070,118 shares outstanding. The company repurchased 1,756,713 shares and cancelled them. As of the end of June, Yum China has 1,000,000 authorised preference shares and 1,000,000,000 authorised ordinary shares, and the total authorised/registered share capital stands at USD 11,000,000. 71,171 shares have been granted under share award scheme. At the end of the month 3,479,497 shares may still be issued.
