Shipping company reports increased issued shares in June

CSSC (Hong Kong) Shipping Company Limited [HKEX:3877] reported an increase in issued shares during the month of June 2025, according to its monthly return. The company's total number of issued shares, excluding treasury shares, rose by 4,346,630, bringing the total to 6,198,366,404 shares. This increase is attributed to the exercise of share options under the company’s share option schemes adopted on 30 April 2021. Specifically, 4,093,430 shares were issued from the first scheme and 253,200 shares were issued from the second scheme. The total funds raised from the exercise of these options amounted to HKD 5,694,507.6. The company confirmed that the issues were duly authorized and carried out in compliance with applicable rules.
