Semiconductor company issues shares under option scheme

Hua Hong Semiconductor Limited announced the issuance of 867,911 ordinary shares during June 2025, stemming from the exercise of share options under its share option scheme adopted on September 1, 2015. This activity increased the total number of issued shares, excluding treasury shares, by the same amount. Following the issuance, the total number of outstanding share options now stands at 10,722,269. The exercise price of these options generated HKD 13,067,268.02 in funds for the company. The company's total number of issued shares, after including those issued on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, reached 1,319,329,598 shares at the end of the month.
