S-Enjoy Service Group changes Hong Kong share registrar

S-Enjoy Service Group Co., Limited announced that Tricor Investor Services Limited will become the company's new Hong Kong share registrar and transfer office starting July 21, 2025. The change affects where shareholders register and transfer their shares. The company advises shareholders to lodge applications for registration and transfer of shares with Tricor Investor Services Limited from July 21, 2025. Share certificates uncollected after 4:30 p.m. on July 18, 2025 should also be collected from Tricor Investor Services Limited from July 21, 2025 onwards.
