Kingkey Financial completes subscription of Amber International shares

Kingkey Financial International (Holdings) Limited announced the closing of its previously disclosed transaction regarding the subscription of shares in Amber International Holding Limited. All conditions precedent to the subscription agreement have been fulfilled. Following the closing, Kingkey Financial holds 5,741,575 Class A Ordinary Shares of the Issuer. This stake represents approximately 1.226% of Amber International's issued share capital as of July 7, 2025. The announcement clarified that the Issuer's financial results will not be consolidated into Kingkey Financial's accounts. The announcement was issued by order of the board by Mong Cheuk Wai, Chairman and Executive Director.
