Greentown China reports strong first half 2025 sales

Greentown China Holdings Limited announced unaudited operating data for the six months ended June 30, 2025, showcasing significant sales achievements. The Greentown Group recorded a total contracted sales area of approximately 5,350,000 sqm, translating to contracted sales of RMB122.2 billion. Of this, RMB80.3 billion stemmed from self-investment projects, with RMB53.9 billion attributable to Greentown Group. Project management business contributed a sales area of 3,060,000 sqm, generating RMB41.9 billion in sales. As of June 30, 2025, subscription sales amounted to RMB3.0 billion, with approximately RMB1.8 billion attributable to the Greentown Group.
