China Datang Renewable Power announces mid-term note payment

China Datang Corporation Renewable Power Co., Limited has announced the payment details for the second tranche of its 2023 mid-term notes. The bonds, with a total aggregate amount issued of RMB1.0 billion, are due for payment on July 14, 2025. The interest rate for the period is 2.93%. The issuer's bonds are held in escrow at Interbank Market Clearing House Co., Ltd., and the interest payment of which will be transferred by the custodian to the bank accounts designated by the bond holders. The payment may be postponed to the next working day if the due date falls on a statutory holiday or rest day in Mainland China.
