Qilu Expressway announces director changes and committee roles

Qilu Expressway Company Limited (HKEX:1576) has announced changes to its board of directors and the roles of its members within special committees. Effective July 4, 2025, Mr. Kang Jian resigned from his position as a non-executive director due to work adjustments. Simultaneously, the board has nominated Mr. Wang Hongyi as a new non-executive director, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Wang brings extensive financial and investment management experience, including previous roles at Weihai Bank Co., Ltd. and Shandong Hi-Speed Group Company Limited.
