PW Medtech announces early loan repayment

PW Medtech Group Limited announced an early repayment of a portion of its loan on July 4, 2025. The company voluntarily repaid an aggregate amount of RMB50 million, along with the corresponding interests, ahead of schedule. This repayment is part of the Loan Agreement and the Supplemental Loan Agreement between the Lender (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) and the Borrower. The initial loan amount was RMB120 million. The outstanding principal amount following this repayment is RMB70 million. The remaining amount will be repaid in accordance with the terms of the Loan Agreement and the Supplemental Loan Agreement. The terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement, including the Guarantor's provision of the Properties as security, remain unchanged.
