Innovent Biologics completes share placement under general mandate

Innovent Biologics Inc. announced the completion of its placing of new shares under a general mandate approved by shareholders on June 25, 2025. The company successfully placed 55,000,000 shares at a price of HK$78.36 per share on July 4, 2025. The placing was managed by the placing agent to no fewer than six placees, all deemed Independent Third Parties. The net proceeds from the share placement amount to approximately HK$4,265.4 million, the funds will be used in accordance with the Company's previous announcements. Following the completion of this placing, Innovent Biologics retains the ability to allot, issue, and deal with up to 193,010,358 shares under its general mandate.
