China Isotope & Radiation Corp announces director changes

China Isotope & Radiation Corp has announced significant changes to its board of directors, including the resignation of Chairman Mr. Han Yongjiang effective July 4, 2025, due to work adjustments. The company expressed gratitude for Mr. Han's contributions. To fill the vacancy, the Board has proposed the appointment of Mr. Xiao Yafei as an executive Director, subject to shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for July 25, 2025, in Beijing. Shareholders of record by July 25th, 2025 will be entitled to vote at the EGM.
