China Communications Construction proposes director changes

China Communications Construction Company Limited has announced a proposed change of directors, with shareholders set to vote on the appointment of Mr. Song Hailiang and Mr. Zhang Bingnan as executive directors at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for July 23, 2025, in Beijing. If approved, Mr. Song and Mr. Zhang will serve from the approval date until the next board re-election. Consequently, Mr. Wang Tongzhou and Mr. Wang Haihuai will step down from their executive director positions.
