Zijin Mining board to review interim results

Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 26, 2025, to review and approve the company's interim results for the six months ending June 30, 2025. The meeting, to be held in Xiamen City, Fujian Province, will also address the publication of these results and the consideration of an interim dividend payment, if any. The announcement, made pursuant to Rule 13.43 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, also listed the names and titles of the current board members.
