Tian Lun Gas reports stable share capital in June 2025

Tian Lun Gas Holdings Limited (HKEX:1600) submitted its monthly return to the Hong Kong Exchange on July 3, 2025, confirming that there were no movements in authorized or issued share capital during June 2025. The company's authorized share capital remained at 2,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HKD0.01 each, resulting in a total authorized share capital of HKD20,000,000. The number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) remained steady at 981,885,108. There were no share options exercised during the month. The total number of shares which may be issued or transferred out of treasury upon exercise of all share options to be granted under the scheme is 100,361,510.
