Dawnrays Pharmaceutical issues shares via option scheme

Dawnrays Pharmaceutical Holdings (HKEX:2348) announced a net increase of 176,000 ordinary shares for the month ended June 30, 2025, through the exercise of options under its 2013 share option scheme.
