China Everbright Bank withdraws proposed final dividend for 2024

China Everbright Bank Company Limited announced today the withdrawal of its proposed final dividend for the year ended December 31, 2024. The initial announcement (Form EF001) has been superseded by a new announcement (Form EF002) published on June 27, 2025. The previously declared dividend was RMB 0.85 per 10 shares, subject to shareholders' approval which was granted on June 27, 2025. Details regarding the Hong Kong share register, including the ex-dividend date of July 2, 2025, the book close period from July 4 to July 9, 2025, and the payment date of August 15, 2025, are now voided. The bank will announce the HKD amount to be paid, including details of any withholding tax.
