Chengdu Expressway Co., Ltd. (HKEX:1785) announced in its monthly return that there were no movements in its authorized/registered or issued share capital for the month ended June 30, 2025. The company maintains an authorized/registered share capital of 456,102,000 ordinary shares and 1,200,000,000 domestic shares, respectively. Each ordinary share and domestic share has a par value of RMB1. The total authorized/registered share capital at the end of the month stood at RMB1,656,102,000. Additionally, the number of issued ordinary shares was 456,102,000 and domestic shares were 1,200,000,000 at the end of June, mirroring the figures from the previous month.
