CGN Mining changes Hong Kong share registrar

CGN Mining Company Limited has announced that Tricor Investor Services Limited will become its new Hong Kong branch share registrar and transfer office, effective August 1, 2025. The company’s former registrar will cease operations at the end of July. Shareholders requiring registration of share transfers from August 1, 2025, should lodge documents with Tricor Investor Services at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Share certificates uncollected after 4:30 p.m. on July 31, 2025, should be collected from Tricor Investor Services Limited from August 1, 2025. The announcement was made by order of the board, with Wang Xianfeng, Chairman, signing off on July 3, 2025, in Hong Kong. As of the announcement date, the board comprises of two executive, three non-executive and three independent non-executive directors.
