Bosideng issues shares under share scheme

Bosideng International Holdings announced a change in its issued shares on July 3, 2025. The company issued 100,000 new shares and transferred 1,788,000 shares, both under its 2017 share scheme. The shares issued to participants who were not directors were priced at HKD 3.24 per share, while shares issued or transferred to directors were priced at HKD 1.07 per share. Following these transactions, the total number of issued shares has increased to 11,561,948,473. Additionally, the company has 5,000,000 shares repurchased for cancellation but not yet cancelled, as of April 17, 2025.
