AIA Group continues share repurchase program in July

AIA Group Limited (the "Company") announced further share repurchases on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, continuing its buyback program. On July 3, 2025, the company repurchased 4,018,200 of its own shares at prices ranging from HKD70.65 to HKD72.40 per share, resulting in an aggregate cost of HKD288,049,870.57. The shares will be cancelled.
