Bosideng issues new shares under share scheme

** Bosideng International Holdings announced today that it issued 20,000 new shares under its 2017 share award scheme (adopted on August 25, 2017) to participants, at HKD 3.24 per share. In addition, 892,000 new shares were issued to directors under the 2017 share scheme at HKD 1.07 per share. The company also reports that 5,000,000 shares were repurchased for cancellation but not yet cancelled as of the closing balance date, on April 17, 2025. Following these transactions, the total number of issued shares stands at 11,560,060,473 as of July 2, 2025. The disclosure complies with Main Board Rule 13.25A and GEM Rule 17.27A.
