Youran Dairy announces director changes and ruminant center transaction

Youran Dairy (HKEX:9858) has announced significant changes to its board of directors and a connected transaction involving its Ruminant Nutrition and Health Technology Research Center. Effective June 27, 2025, three directors—Xu Jun, Yang Huicheng, and Shen Jianzhong—resigned due to other work commitments. In response, Bai Wenzhong has been appointed as a non-executive director and member of the Remuneration Committee, while Li Lin has been appointed as a non-executive director, and Huang Lin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairing the Remuneration Committee and joining the Audit and ESG Committees.
