Pharmaron Beijing announces change in shareholding interests

Pharmaron Beijing Co., Ltd. (HKEX: 3759) announced a change in the shareholding interests of its key executives, Dr. LOU Boliang, Mr. LOU Xiaoqiang, and Ms. ZHENG Bei, following a change in the general partners of the company's employee shareholding platforms. Ms. ZHENG, previously the general partner of Longtai Huixin, Longtai Dingsheng, Longtai Huisheng and Longtai Zhongsheng, has been replaced to focus on core business development. As a result, the aggregate interests of Dr. LOU, Mr. LOU, and Ms. ZHENG in Pharmaron decreased from approximately 19.36% to 18.18%. Specifically, Ms. ZHENG's holdings decreased from 63,088,077 A Shares to 42,040,974 A Shares. Dr. LOU holds 180,496,500 A Shares, while Mr. LOU holds 100,675,076 A Shares. The total number of company shares outstanding is 1,778,195,525. The Employee Shareholding Platforms have pledged to comply with shareholding reduction requirements.
