Chow Tai Fook completes HK$8.8bn convertible bond issue

Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group (HKEX:1929) announced the completion of its HK$8,800,000,000 0.375% convertible bond issuance due in 2030. The company confirmed that all conditions precedent to the bond issue were met, with completion occurring on June 30, 2025. Trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange is expected to commence around July 2, 2025 (Stock Code: 5704). Managed by UBS, the bonds were placed with no less than six independent professional investors.
