China Resources Mixc expands business with acquisitions and renewals

China Resources Mixc Lifestyle Services (HKEX:1209) is set to expand its business through the acquisition of CR Networks SZ and China Net Data Technology GZ, as well as the renewal of membership operation and marketing business framework agreements. The company has entered into equity transfer agreements to acquire the entire equity interests in both entities, subject to standard regulatory procedures. The consideration for CR Networks SZ is RMB114.4 million, while the consideration for China Net Data Technology GZ is RMB6.618 million.
