China Resources Land appoints Wang Yuhang as non-executive director

China Resources Land Limited has appointed Mr. Wang Yuhang as a non-executive Director and member of the Sustainability Committee, effective June 25, 2025. Mr. Wang, aged 52, currently serves as an external director of business units at China Resources (Holdings) Company Limited and is a non-executive director of China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Limited (HKEX: 3320). His prior roles include Vice President and Deputy General Manager of Environmental Health and Safety Department of China Resources Group. He holds degrees in Chemistry Education and Environmental Engineering. Mr. Wang will not receive a Director's fee and his appointment is subject to rotational retirement and re-election requirements. As of the announcement date, Mr. Wang has no interests in China Resources Land's shares and confirmed no other significant relationships or directorships that require disclosure.
