Zhuzhou CRRC greenlights final dividend and continuing transactions

Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric (HKEX:3898) has announced the successful passage of resolutions at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and First Class Meeting of Holders of H Shares held on June 27, 2025. Shareholders approved a final dividend of RMB1.00 per share for the year ended December 31, 2024, payable on or around August 8, 2025, to shareholders on record as of July 9, 2025. The H share dividend will be paid in HKD, equivalent to HKD1.09524 per share based on an average exchange rate of HK$1 = RMB0.91304.
