Sinotruk announces leadership changes, ESG committee formation

Sinotruk (Hong Kong) announced key leadership changes, including the appointment of Liu Zhengtao as Chairman, succeeding Wang Zhijian, who resigned from several positions. Zhengtao, previously President, will also chair the Executive Committee and Strategy and Investment Committee. Liu Wei has been appointed as an executive Director and President, along with Han Feng as an executive Director. Wang Dechun has resigned as Executive President.
