Samsonite names Damien Mignot president, Europe, effective July 2025

Samsonite Group S.A. (HKEX:1910) today announced a change in senior management, with Damien Mignot set to become President, Europe, effective July 1, 2025. Mignot, currently Vice President General Manager of Tumi Europe, brings extensive experience within the company's European operations, having held various leadership roles since joining in 2006, including General Manager for France. Kyle Gendreau, CEO, and the Board expressed confidence in Mignot's ability to lead the Europe region. Fabio Rugarli, the current President, Europe, will leave the company on June 30, 2025, after a long career with Samsonite, including two stints as President, Europe. The Board acknowledged and thanked Rugarli for his significant contributions over many years.
